• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders and cheques. Sorry no COD orders. If paying by cheque, we reserve the right to delay shipments until the cheque has cleared our bank.

• Rusticos Sierra does not warranty the seasonal splitting, knotholes, color variation, cracks, mishandling or abuse of their products. Customers will receive the Mexico Plus one year warranty.

• If not satisfied with your product within one month, you may return it for a credit; a 10% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges will not be refunded. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
